The room was ok but my experience overall was uncomfortable & complicated. My 1st day checking in on Fri 1/30, their key system was down & we were told that we’d need to ask the staff to open our door, & it would be fixed til Monday. The next day Sat 1/31, I went to the desk to ask them to open my door, & the girl had attitude from the moment i walked up & she made it super complicated to enter my room. I was asking her for someone to open my room because i needed my car keys & she kept asking me for my ID to “give me a key” . I was so confused because i was told to ask them to open our door, & finally after arguing with me for over 5min, she finally says that she can have someone open my room & says the key system is “fixed now”. The whole situation was unnecessary. I definitely won’t be coming back as I do not want to be attended by someone like that again!
