Decorative Pillows - Not good for sleeping

The room was clean overall. The bedding was clean. There was something stuck on the ceiling. The room smelled musty and smoky. The pillows were thick, decorative pillows that were very uncomfortable to sleep on.

It was a great experience had no issues it was a couple of things that I think needed to be repaired in the room like the shower curtain was falling off the water pressure was a little too low for me and also the the continental breakfast was a little cheesy I think it can be done a little bit better I've been to other quintazem and the quality is a little bit better than this one but overall it was great I will return again

My room #208, the carpet smells very bad (pet odor). This hotel is pet friendly and I traveled with my dog. We stayed at La Quinta Inn exclusively and we never have room that had urine odor.

Hallway carpet before entering rhe room, had many stains. All the chairs inside the room had stains. Shower had swollen, stained ceiling could be water damage.

The 1st room did not have a functioning telephone so we were moved to another room next door. The 2nd room had a leaking bathtub faucet which caused the room to be humid and damp. The rooms were comfortable with nice size mini fridge and microwave but it definitely needs an overall upgrade especially the carpet both in main hallways and in rooms which are stained and in very poor condition.
