Will never book again

At checking the staff was great by the second day, key card wouldn’t work for pool WiFi didn’t work at all. Called to front desk gal had an attitude and when I told her her attitude wasn’t needed she proceed to tell me to call the cable company about their WiFi. Bathroom tub was chipping and toilet was always running. Tv didn’t work at first but check in gal was great. The shift change and the morning person is dreadful.

I asked for a room on the 2nd or 3rd floor, instead they gave me one on the 1st floor and there were bugs in it, not just 1 or 2, not even just 3!!! Gross

Overall this is my favorite Motel 6 property to stay at when I visit California. Staff is always helpful and caring. This was my first time renting a deluxe room, and unfortunately the toilet kept running unless you held the handle down until it completely finished flushing, and the air conditioner unit was so broken, not only could I not manage the settings, it did not keep the room comfortable.

Definitely not the best. Price wise if you need something cheap I guess you could tough it out. Was our second stay in 2 years. The premium room with a refrigerator was big and spacious but smelled horrible. I had to buy an air freshener and it barely helped. I think pets have ruined the rooms and property, EVERYTHING is peed and pooped on! Could not do the smell and won't be able to sleep in that again. Also saw a roach crawling on the wall by the door, inside my room above my bed!! That was the end of my sleep for the night. This is second floor. Staff at check in was amazing.

Spring poking through the bed, sink hot was cold, cold was hot, bathtub peeling, toilet cracked, no ice marker to be found, we passed and left a day early, when checking out and told staff of the mess... The staff commented we could of moved rooms, the day we checked in they said they were booked up and couldn't move room. Not sure who telling the truth, for ice marker they comment we have one it's in the laundry room. As we were leaving. I stated other staff didn't know where it was. I did write to see if could get something back and if not that's ok someone hopefully will read and help change it back to a positive for others.
