We booked a stay at a hotel down the road that looked nice in the pictures but when we arrived we discovered it was a MOTEL and it was the worst motel I’ve ever seen. We immediately cancelled that reservation and I saw Knott’s had a reservation available for the same nights. It was convenient because it was a last minute change and it didn’t break the wallet. I have stayed at Knotts many times before and will continue because of the excellent service we receive.

Walls are way too thin. Came straight here from Disneyland at 2am, so obviously pretty tired. Woke up at 6am to our neighbors shouting as if they were recording a YouTube video. We could clearly hear others talk and use the restroom. Would not recommend compared to other hotels in the srea

Easy check in, all staff have very high customer service skills and were very helpful and friendly. Free 10 minute shuttle to Disneyland was very convenient. 2 queen bed room was very spacious and “homey”. Overall great stay definitely staying here again in the future.
