We had to move rooms because we were getting bitten by bugs during our stay. The hotel only moved us a few doors down and did not offer any accommodation for the inconvenience. We were told they would call a third-party company to inspect the room and that nothing could be done until after an investigation. This was disappointing, especially given the situation and the price of the stay. We did not feel the issue was handled with urgency or guest care.
