Outstanding room!!! Shower had perfect water pressure and temperature . Loved the Boysenberry shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, lotion and make up wipes. Christmas decorations were so beautiful. Knotts theme park was within walking distance. Very convenient when you have small children. Will be returning every year. Verconvenient when you have small kids

Wonderful stay. All the men were very nice. Although there was one baby Karen at the front desk who didn't want to wait on us and ignored my family and I . I didn't get her name. But, the other gentleman was very nice and welcoming. The hotel is beautiful

The staff is what made our stay amazing! They are friendly, attentive, and professional. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It smells good, but the scent was a little too strong. I highly recommend staying here. We will definitely come back to stay even if we’re not going to Knotts Berry farm.
