Staff is friendly and very helpful. Room and bathroom is so nice and clean. We always stay at the Knott's Hotel as it is very conveniently close to walk to the Knott's front gate! Also, the hotel has a wonderful restaurant with a great selection of food from breakfast through dinner.

Outstanding room!!! Shower had perfect water pressure and temperature . Loved the Boysenberry shampoo, conditioner, soap bar, lotion and make up wipes. Christmas decorations were so beautiful. Knotts theme park was within walking distance. Very convenient when you have small children. Will be returning every year. Verconvenient when you have small kids
