Hotel is clean. Each morning the sound of blowers bothered me. The hot water ran out on Monday morning. The pool towels are a joke. They are hand towels and are old and rough. The bar closes at 9:30 on a Friday/Saturday. Staff were great and food at restaurant was great.

Love this place!

As always, a beautiful property with outstanding amenities is a great find. But it’s the people and their unfailing friendly, kind, eager-to-please attitudes that keep us coming back. The Knott’s people outshine any other staff we’ve encountered. The limited availability of the Disneyland shuttle was an unexpected glitch on this, our third stay, but we hope that will be worked out before our next visit. We’re not interested in staying anywhere else in the area.

If you want a minimalist hotel where you get to spend $20 a night to park then this is the place for you. To be fair, the restaurant was pretty good but not good enough to bring us back to the hotel.
