Decent budget hotel. You get what you pay for. Bed was hard. Needed more pillows and the desk staff were nice and gave us one more than they were allowed to. Pillows were tiny and flat. Seemed clean enough. Wasn't a fan of the sliding barn door on the bathroom. All in all ... It was all right.

Good place for one night

For one night, this was a great place to stay. If we were staying multiple nights we would probably choose a different type of hotel to stay in. The bed was decent, but I'm not picky about beds, too much. There was a refrigerator, which was nice, and the room was comfortable enough. I guess the only thing we didn't care for, which wasn't too big of a deal, was the staircases. There were two that we saw, which were on both ends of the building. There was an elevator near the lobby, but stairs are quicker and I just like stairs. Not a too big of a deal.

Good quality, clean, budget place to sleep

We were in a queen deluxe suite and enjoyed it. Comfortable, clean beds, coffee, iron, TV and desk/chair. The internet wasn't good enough for working, but otherwise we had a great stay. We got a free toothbrush from the front desk when we realized we'd forgotten ours. Shower had a "hair" and a "body" wash.

This hotel is within great driving distance of both Knotts Berry Farm and Disneyland. The room was nice and clean and the staff were kind/helpful. We’d definitely stay here again.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and this time I was a bit disappointed with the level of cleanliness. There was hair from the previous person in the bathroom the ac was broken and there appeared to be mold on the wall.

Safe and Clean

Very safe location. The staff was very friendly, and checking in was a breeze. The room was basic, but clean. The bed was fine, but I didn't expect something super luxurious based on the great price of the room. Overall, I enjoyed my brief stay, and I would stay here again.

The place sucks stay away.

The room was dirty and didn’t have any soaps or shampoo, thank god I brought my own. The person that was at the front desk had already locked the door and was behind shatterproof plastic which didn’t make you feel safe. No directions to where your room is. I will never stay there again.
