We noticed rooms available on the first floor where our other party had checked in but were told that since we booked via Expedia, they couldn’t change my room. Otherwise, the place was near restaurants and clean.

Horrible front desk staff on 8/11/25 graveyard shi

Key card was messing up on whole trip my family had 3 rooms and we all had constant problems with key cards!! My son was in my daughter’s room came back to our room and his key wouldn’t work. He goes to front office and they take his key!! They said his name wasn’t on list but his name is the same as mine!! Ridiculous hotel has key issues then they treat your guest like that.
