Everything I needed and nothing extra - place was very clean and well kept for being an older design. Staff very friendly and efficient. Only feedback is the bed seemed a bit hard - would have liked a thicker mattress. Other than that no issues, and a great diner across the parking lot too!

Too old, no cleaning u less you stay Ora than 6 days, got one cleaning because I was there a week. Need lots of upgrade , location ok, a car was on fire the 3rd night I was there. I guess you get what you pay for. Won’t book again

I would stay here again
Great place overall. Very comfortable, clean and most of the staff are friendly. The only downside is there is only outside seating in the pool area and the pool is opened at 9am and closes at 9pm. No outside seating to enjoy a morning coffee unless you want to seat outside the main door with people coming and going.

Deluxe room is a must!! Stayed here a few times and when there’s a deluxe room available at a good rate, I book. The other rooms are not as good. My stay was nice and clean, no faul odors like some rooms I’ve stayed in. Slept great!

This is our second time booking at this hotel and i can honestly say that this is one of my favorite places to stay. Every time we take a trip to Knotts Berry farm with our family we will book here. Rooms are clean and spacious for a family of four. Clean bathroom and the area is quiet at night. Definitely recommend paying a few extra dollars for the deluxe rooms on the 3rd floor only accessible with your key card. 10/10
