Grand Legacy/ Disneyland Trip

Overall our trip was good basic room nice amenities like to have the refrigerator and the microwave. Staff was very friendly super helpful. Wish we could have checked in a little bit earlier had to leave the part to come back and check into our room. Also very accommodating as far as additional fees for parking on our last day. Location is super convenient lots of food options around the hotel and short walk to Disneyland.

Check in was quite easy. The staff was helpful, pleasant and easy to talk with. I mentioned that I was there celebrating my birthday at Disneyland and when we returned from the park my room was decorated with balloons and a basket of goodies. Thought my son did it, but one of the staff did it! Very thoughtful of them! I was a little disappointed while they didn't have any ADA compliant rooms left but the bathroom did have grab bars and we brought our own shower chair. Remarkably quiet for where it was located, very close to Disneyland, and family friendly. We were able to see and hear the fireworks each night and that was awesome. The price was reasonable for my budget.

My son and his family did not get the adjoining room as booked. Ice machine located on only the 2nd floor which should be one on all 3 floors. Mattress on rollaway bed was a thin piece of a joke. Extremely uncomfortable…….
