The proximity to DLR was excellent, and the beds were comfortable. The HVAC was easy to operate. We had to live out of our suitcases, however, as the bureau was extremely small for even just two people. Most disappointing was needing to go to the desk ourselves for coffee, cups and even toilet paper. When I asked about the room being serviced, the clerk was somewhat impolite as he indicated it was expected guests would come to the desk or call for whatever was needed, even toilet paper. An every other day room check seems to be the norm most places I travel. It never dawned on me I would need to ask for toilet paper.

When you arrive, the staff is very courteous. They made the check-in process very easy. When we got to the room, it was very clean and spacious. The checkout process was very easy because they sent you a link and once you click the link, you can choose to check out at the moment or at your checkout time. We didn’t get to experience the rooftop bar since it was a Sunday, but there was a private event. The room we stayed in was right next to the elevator and stairs and the ice machine so that was not a great experience. I had to place a towel at the bottom of the door due to the fact that there was a large gap between the door and the floor. But other than that, it was a good place to stay.

Honestly, pretty happy with this stay! The staff were friendly. The room was clean. The walk to Disney is short(awesome after a long night). Only took us about 5-7 minutes(low key). I would definitely stay here again. Check out time was at 1230, which definitely helped as we got to sleep in after a long night!

All of the staff we encountered over our 4'-day sray were kind and helpful. I would especially like to thank Donovan for his attempts to get us into a room in a timely manner when the hotel was fully booked. They also allow grocery deliveries so we didn't have to make a run to the store our 1st night. They offered a variety of tasty refreshments in the lobby daily. The location can't be beat. Such a short walk in & out of the park. We definitely appreciated it at the end of the long park days. The rooms were spacious, well equipped, and clean. The beds were fairly comfortable for the 4 nights. The mini fridge was big enough to fit a couple days of food easily. There were a couple things that need improvement worth mentioning- the heating & AC unit in our room smelled like urine when turned on so we didn't use it at all. Also the drains in the dual sinks smelled like sewage so it made it difficult to brush our teeth in the sink.

We were given a room next to a noisy ice machine. Also parking is only good until check out at noon, which is disappointing when we planned to spend the day in the park when we checked out. We had to pay for extra hours of parking.
