Our room was spacious , comfortable and very clean. The only downside was we were located near the front entrance and even though there was a NO PARKING zone in front of our door, delivery driver seemed to stop there and it became very noisy. On Tuesday, it sounded like garbage trucks before 6 am., then a big delivery truck parked right on the curb in front of our room. When we went out and spoke to him, he said that's where the hotel told him to park there. Not a pleasant sound to wake up to on vacation. The location is great, about a 5 minute walk to the Main entrances. There is even a store next to the lobby that rents Mobility scooters for those who cannot walk. The staff is friendly. In the lobby they offer fresh gourmet coffee in the morning and fruit infused water and popcorn in the afternoon. However, one morning they ran out of coffee by 9 am and even though we mentioned it, it still was empty when we checked back 45 minutes later. They have a fun pool area, which is kept very clean by staff members each morning. Fresh towel and some floaties are provided. A nice little water park for kids of all ages. We really enjoyed this for our breaks from the Disneyland parks. The Fifth is their rooftop bar & restaurant, open Tues-Sat @ 5pm. with happy hour from 5-7 Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again but I would request a room towards the back of the hotel, away from the driveway.

Not to bad overall the first day there my stroller rental was stolen though and the person at the front desk didn’t even offer so much as an “I’m sorry to hear that” otherwise the housekeeping was great and being that near the park was outstanding

We had fleas in our room. We asked about getting a new room, and were told that there were no vacancy. My daughter and I both got bites. The walls are very thin, so we heard every coming and going of everyone around us. The room was tiny. We will not be staying here again. Pros: location. Pool and slushies. Staff was all kind and smiling. Pool towels were restocked regularly. Cons: Fleas. Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Thin walls and doors.

The property and of itself was clean and renovated. We were on the first floor right off the driveway, which made the morning a little bit loud and you can see daylight through the doors. Pool was nice. The rooftop that is advertised as being a place to watch fireworks is awesome, they even play the music from the park, but be aware you will need to secure a reservation ahead of time.

House cleaning was horrible. They didn’t make beds, dump trash bins, replace wash cloths, toilet paper rolls, or refill coffee. They only replaced bath towels and didn’t do anything else. Other than that if you are looking for an extremely great location, this is it.

Great place to stay for visiting Disneyland and California Adventures. Easy walk to the parks. The elevator on the side we were staying was broken. Our air conditioner quit working while we were there, we called and they had someone within 10 minutes to fix the air conditioner. The rooms were very clean and the beds were comfortable. Extra charges : Parking was $50 a day while we were there, you have to pay $10 for room keys
