Easy Walk to Disneyland!

We enjoyed the close proximity to the park, but we should have been warned by the front desk that the 5th floor is a bar/club/restaurant that plays loud music until at least midnight. We were on the 4th floor and heard the music and crowd. Not so great with little ones and sensitive sleepers.

I thought the property was nice, and decent for the price. The room was comfortable, but wasn’t super clean but it wasn’t bad that we had to leave. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It was easy to check in and check out. The only issue we had was that our toilet clogged and we called for a cleaning lady to help and they said they would be right there. However, we waited for two hours and the kids needed to use the restroom, so we called the front desk and they immediately sent someone up to our room to fix it. We really enjoyed our stay. Especially with it being so close to Disneyland, we were able to safely go back and forth without any issues or feeling unsafe.

Not booking ever again

The hotel lobby was nice but nothing notable. Rooms were old and not updated but clean. Roof Top food and bar was closed on Mondays so don’t book for a Monday stay if you are looking forward for that service. Parking is limited and there is an extra charge of $20, so expect extra fees. Look closely at the rooms which are MOTEL style/open.

If you’re planning trip to Disney, this hotel is about a 5 minute walk from park! Very clean and nice staff. Only thing is we had to wait about 45 minutes to get new towels sent up to our room. Overall great stay!

Staff was exceptional. They had a very smooth flow of checking in and out and holding out bags each time. They knew it was my birthday and left a very nice basked and balloons in my room. Can’t beat the location to DL for walking. No frills and we didn’t need frills. Lobby was super clean and again staff was great from start to end of stay.

Bed bug

Flew down for the holiday weekend to take the kiddos to Disneyland, had dinner at the rooftop restaurant which isn’t very kid friendly, when we came back down, we found a bedbug on our pillow. At first, I thought it was a tick, but then I googled it and found that it was actually a bed bug. Called down to the front desk and they had someone come up and change the sheets, but at that point, I’m just not going to sleep in the room with bedbugs, the mattress itself was pretty bad. They put us in a smaller room for the night that smelled like mold, but by then it was 11 PM and my little one was sleeping. Originally they had said that we can switch our room again the next day but we’d have to check out of our hotel room at 12 and not have a room until 4 PM which is check in time. Thankfully, once I went to the front desk in the morning, they had the Room cleaned and ready for me already so we tried for a third room and that one worked out fine. I will say that the staff was very kind and accommodating, and even came up to our room with a bunch of bags with snacks and things for the kids to play with. They even gave me a refund for the first night. I probably won’t stay there again but I appreciated the staff for their help in resolving.

Pros: Literally right across from Disney so that was very convenient. The pool was nice and clean. They also provided pool toys and floats. Restaurants and convince stores winthin walking distance. Cute Disney decor. Cons: Surprise parking fee when we checked in. There was also a horrible smell in our room thr whole time we were there. I suspect its in the walls or the pipes. It seemed to get worse when you tirned on the water. We ended up having to buy a bunch of air fresheners to stomach being on there. Luckily we were gone most of the time. Rooms were very dated, definitely ciuld use a revamp.

The staff did not attempt to keep booked rooms close together. The towel and garbage exchange staff were rude, saying, "The outside garbage is right there; you can take your own garbage out." Rooms are not cleaned daily, and staff bang on doors in the afternoon for towel exchanges. However, the pool area is really nice; it’s clean and enjoyable, and the floaties are a great addition. Additionally, it’s just a short walk to the main gates of Disney.

The property is perfect walking distance from Disneyland. The only downside is it’s really loud in your room at night when people walk by talking or rolling suitcases. But it was still a nice place to stay and convenient

Switching Rooms

The service was really good! The only issue that made me take off a star was our first room we were placed it was in a hallway in the corner of the building. The door was semi broken, but the room was nice. We went to Disneyland for the day and came back to bugs and mosquitoes in the room. We called the front desk and they found the same room all the way towards the main desk. When we switched it was not damaged or had bugs. Otherwise everyone was really nice and it was a close distance to Disney which made it better!
