They were hosting a party two nights till 1am that caused noise. No notification this was going on when I booked the rooms. And the bathrooms are extremely outdated. Room is about what you’d expect from a 100 year old ship. But they could have at least updated the shower head and toilets in the bathroom. Would not recommend.

Il stayed one night and was really looking forward to staying at this unique place. I was disappointed because I did not get any sleep. The people in the next room left there tv on all night and I didn't get any sleep at all. Also your elevator was not working. I almost slipped in your bathtub. Very slippery

This was an absolutely awesome stay. The cabins were spotless and big. Staff was super friendly. The ship was the coolest walking in you can see you’re in a different world. The entire ship is a museum. I loved looking at all the ancient artifacts. The model of different ships and looking on the inside and the engine room and the haunted tours. I’m so glad we made the decision to book. If I’m ever on the Way Coast I will stay every time.

While the ship is obviously dated as it’s pushing 100 years old, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The rooms were large and the ship itself has maintained a lot of its original charm. We loved having food, drink, entertainment and shopping options all in one place. It’s walking distance to the cruise port which was a huge plus.

I appreciate the Queen Mary’s incredible history and charm, but the experience could use some upgrades. The bathroom was dated and did not feel clean, there were very few plugs or charging options, and the walls were extremely thin. If a preservation fee is charged, it should go toward visible improvements. I’d recommend taking the tour for its history, but I’m not sure I’d suggest staying overnight until updates are made. The parking fee was also unnecessary due to the amount of parking available

This property isn't for everybody. As it's almost a 100-year-old ship not a boat. Very limited 88 due to age of vessel. We went on a tour that took us to several areas of the ship that were not open to the public. Also, most areas of ship are only open 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.. Great! Staff can't speak more highly of our tour guide.
