I’ve had a good experience here before but this recent trip was nothing like before. We stayed a 5 for family vacay. The room smelled of mold. We checked everything and sure enough black mold above the bathroom mirror and by the inside door frame. tv didn’t work and or connection was unstable. Pool and jacuzzi wasn’t available due to management waiting for a health inspection or whatever reason. After day two the mold smell had absorbed in our luggage and clothes and at that point was too much for our kids or newborn to wear. Our keys keep not working and it felt everyday we had to ask them to fix the issue which is very inconvenient when you have tired kids after a long day.

Elevators don’t work. Broken lamps, torn sofa, drawers don’t stay shut they slide open on their own so you bump into them. Musty smelling. Don’t even have a bottle of water in the room. Shower needs re-caulking…

Great location, good size family rooms, but overall property it older and needs to be updated. For example TV's some time work and sometimes nkt. A/C in the rooms don't really work.

Rats, rats and rats. I was attacked by a huge rat going inside of my room. When talked with opperational manager he simply said its a relief it wasn't in the room, outside of door is fine. Overheard staff talking about pest control coming the following week due to the increase of rats.This hotel has major health and safety issues. So many different staff members that problems never become resolved. No pool,no breakfast, no fitness not mentioned to ckeck-in.

When we arrived the pool and hot tub we’re closed. We asked when it would be open and all the woman could say was “I don’t know we’re waiting for the health department to release it to be opened.” when I asked when was that going to happen, all I got was “I don’t know.” The room was trashed. Couches were ripped, light shades were stained and ripped…this place needs help.

DONT STAY Keep Your Family Safe

This hotels room door do not shut! The phone has no buttons. They do not have any maintenance available to help with the door or any other issue. The staff is extremely rude, including the manager. We checked out within 2hours of checking in for the safety of our children.

there was an idot who was tapping on our door scared the kids and making noises all night not sure how they couldnt see this they have caneras everywhere. i will not stay there anymore. floors where not swept in room there was cheetos and other junk no sheet on couch bedno pillows for couch bed. pool was not available to use.kids are freaked out and dont want to stay.

I’m surprised the room we got with what expedia portraits for the rooms at this place. There was mold on the wall. Horrible smell, the furniture was in very poor condition. My son requested blanquests to sleep in the sofa bed and they said they didn’t have any but a bed sheet. The mattress on the sofa bed was very dirty. I was very surprised the pictures I saw than what they gave us for the room. In the description it said they had breakfast but they didn’t have anything supposedly because of remodeling but we didn’t see anything going on. Very very super disappointed
