Was a quick stay overnight since we went to Knotts but, overall it’s just an ok hotel. Rooms are fine, old and out dated but it was fine for 1 night .

I checked in 7/20/24 late after going to Knott’s berry farm. When I entered my room I immediately noticed there was roaches in the room. A/C was broken couldn’t change settings. Room was freezing. I had to leave the window open just so it wouldn’t be so cold. I went to the office to ask for a change of room or refund. I was informed that the were full booked so they couldn’t change me room. And as for a refund I was told management wasn’t available. The lady took my information and would pass it on to management. Nobody has contacted me yet. I have sent them a email waiting to hear back. Save yourself the stress don’t stay here.

Place has so much potential, they just need management to care and clean up the place, fix the elevators, fix locks on doors, fresh paint, TV in the living area would be nice, good size room and close to Knott’s but they need to work on a lot of hotel details to make it a great place you actually want to come back to.

Worst experience of my life. The bathroom door would not close. The air conditioner was broken and running. We froze the entire night. Woman at front desk was rude and unhelpful.

Check in was smooth but when we arrived to the room it smelled so bad like cigarette and we were on the lower level and the window did not have a lock someone could completely open it from the out side and jump in. Thankful the maintenance man put a few screw to secure it a little. Sad to say we will not be returning to this hotel. It has a lot of potential and would be beautiful Spanish style if it was taken care of properly.

Hotel tries, but its nevermore for me after 8 year
Been vacationing here for the value, 8 years now i think. Knotts hotel js Overrated/Pricey/Garbage/ and Outdated as well. Possible free parking. 11 minute walk to Knotts Berry Farm. If you have your annual season pass for parking, go and park @ the Knotts Parking. LAST 4/8 years of this hotel? Garbage. Examples? Not in any specific order. : 1. Toilet didn’t flush. Room ready, checked in, room was filthy(bed sheets not clean or changed, garbage in bathroom. Tub/shower moldy.) 2. No hot water. 3. Tub/Shower handle broken 4. Heat/AC broken, seen maintenance change filter, 1 inch of garbage. 5. Both rooms had tv's. They did a "remodel" and took tv out of small living room. (7/17-7/20/24). 6. Pool is always out of commision. Check pool or spa availability first. 7. Ice machine is only on 3rd floor. You must walk across the entire hotel to get to it. 8. Wifi (business related work) didnt work anywhere in hotel. 717 ' 7/20 2024) 9. Pool does not have drinking fountain/beverage/snack machines or provide towels. So you must provide your bathroom towels or ask front desk. 10. THIS IS THE BIGGEST COMPLAINT - They had a huge restaurant in the middle of the property, it has been empty and abandoned for about 4 years+ now. Now i said this is a value stay, but, convert it into a family hall: Pool table/DVD Thestre/Kids library/Snack Machines/Beverage Machines/Air Hockey/Continental Breakfast etc. 95% of time was spent at park. Times we went back to Nap or Swim(refer to 6.)

It was a lovely surprised the outdoor scenario, the palms. Pool area. Very beautiful. We got housekeeping services everyday. Beds made, clean towels. The rooms are VERY spacious. Even for a 2 queen bed room. Its big. Unfortunately, alot of it is out dated. The fridge, microwave, bathroom. It definitely needs alot of updates. There was no continental breakfast. The location is a great area.

The electrical in the room needs a lot of work. The air conditioner was weird you were either freezing or hot. The tub was really slippery . It was clean but needs some updating

Not a great experience but it worked
The elevator broke down and there was only 1 working. Our AC unit wouldn't shut off so we called the front desk and the lovely lady who came up didn't know how to really work it and she kept saying "I'm not supposed to come to the guests rooms". I asked her do you have a maintenance person who can look at this ?? So our room was freezing and stayed at 62 degrees. The room smelled of mold when we walked in and we noticed water leaking from the large vent between the bathroom and the sleeping area. When checking out, we waited for 10 minutes while another guest argued with the only front desk employee about issues and we ended up being late to our next destination. Overall it could have been a better experience.
