The iron I used had a sticky residue and ruined my shirt. Although this happened, the staff was ready to assist and help credit my cost of my shirt.

Stayed for 2 nights as I was visiting from NJ & going to Foxwoods for 2 nights. Room was good enough. Advertises deluxe continental breakfast, but not sure what was deluxe. Nice to have the free breakfast though! Man at the front desk seemed to hate his job. Doesn’t cost anything to smile. I was clambering in with bags, wearing my back brace after spinal surgery, when I checked in. Man looked up at me & back down. Woke up to about 4” of snow on my car on Sunday morning. Asked the same man at front desk if anyone happened to have a snow brush; or really any kind of brush. “No we don’t” turns away. That ONE THING is probably what stuck with me the most. You know they had a floor brush or dustpan & brush. He just seemed to care about clocking in & out & getting paid. Thanks to the 2 very kind ladies I chatted with at breakfast who offered to help out! Honestly, if the employee were different, not a bad place to stay. Room okay, good location & great price!

They advertise complimentary "Deluxe" Continental Breakfast but nothing about it was "deluxe." Hoped they had atleast some eggs, bacon, or sausage to offer and there's only one waffle maker. Hard to sleep at night due to loud pipes and AC unit. Other than mentioned, the room looked neat and change the towels often.

This was our second stay here. The check in is fast and easy . The place is clean . The breakfast was good . Very attentive staff. We will be coming back ! Oh ! the best part was the free shuttle service to and from the casino !!
