Room was very clean and bed was super comfortable. But the room was pretty small, the bathroom was tiny and the shower curtain was at least 50mm too short. Also, getting into the motel was next to impossible at first (I was sent three different codes), and other guests were having the same problem. They could get into their rooms, but not the motel.

Parking was easy and convenient. The room was tiny, just enough room for the bed which was very comfy. Bathroom was cosy as well but provided a major issue. Coffee and teabags and an electric kettle were provided but you couldn't fit the kettle under the tap in the bathroom sink to fill it.

Very clean, bed good, bathroom way to small. When you sit on toilet your knees hit the basin, The show is so small that the curtain wraprs around you and water over the whole bathroom floor. Basin is so small no room to even put toothpaste tube. No room to change. All has to be done in other very small room NO CHAIRS.Have to sit on bed to watch TV Cannot get water kettle under tap as basin to small. IN ALL THE ADVERTISING NO MENTION OF NO LIFTS. ALL STEPS UP TO 3 STORIES. CANNOT TSLK ABOUT STAFF AS THERE IS NONE ON SITE. O LY MC DONALDS ON OTHER SIDE OF 6 LANE HIGHWAY

Check was an issue, took so long to have the customer service help. The room was so small you could barely walk arond the bed. There was no hot water! The reason i recieved was it was due to the rain. Trying to find someonw to replace the toiletries was no existent.

Clean room. No room service. Only saw 1 staff member once. It’s a self service basic hotel. Small rooms but has access to laundry facilities. Really a sleeper hotel only. But cheap!
