The property has everything you need for a family stay. We were able to check in early (though our 2 king beds changed to a king and a queen). Parking was a very tight fit for our spot, but office staff was helpful and found us a different assigned spot when asked. The apartment was not supposed to be serviced, but we were offered a mid stay clean (declined as we had children asleep). It would have been helpful to have a dustpan and broom and a decent sweeping broom, to better help us clean the apartment ourselves. Kitchen supplies were pretty limited, some basics, like egg flipper, and small sharp knives were missing. Water jug broken The laundry was great, lounge and balcony great. The clothes drying rack was appreciated. Beds were very comfortable and the cupboard space and bathrooms fantastic

We were “upgraded” however it felt like a downgrade. The linen was stained, the view not near as good as the one bedroom, no gift box on arrival, tiny TV for a big room that struggled to connect. I’ve stayed at Arena Apartments on multiple occasions but this time was a disappointment.

Inna on reception did a wonderful job in relocating us as our apartment didn’t have the king bed as requested. She escorted us to our new room once it was ready and made sure we were happy. Love the location of these apartments as it is an easy walk to the West End for cafes and supermarkets or to South Bank for more dining options or ferries to other sight seeing options.

Great area to access South Bank. Only disappointing experience was 2 nights of very, loud, noisy guests in apartment below. Noise policy wasn't in place for those guests, or maybe permanent residence, as locals did say it has happened before.

What a kind staff but cockroaches

We were glad that we could drop off our luggage early in the morning before starting our day in Sydney. While we were organising our bags outside, a friendly staff member named Inna greeted us with a warm smile and kindly invited us in. She even checked our planned itinerary and recommended some great local restaurants nearby. I’ve never left a Google review before, but her kindness moved me to write one for the first time. The location of the accommodation was excellent, and although the building isn’t new, it was tidy and well maintained. However, we were very disappointed to find cockroaches in the room. This is something that absolutely needs to be addressed.
