The Omak Inn stay was really enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and answered any questions. The pool and hot tub room was amazing and well kept. The rooms were very clean. Definitely enjoyed our stay and will choose this hotel again if we ever need a room!

Great clean family place

The property and the rooms are very clean and smell really clean. The beds was so amazing I didn't want to get up. I like soft, but my husband likes more firm. We both slept great! The pool area was clean and had plenty of towels. Staff was friendly, helpful and gave good local recommendations. The breakfast was decent size for a local town motel. Will be staying here again. The handicap room fit my needs very well.

I didn’t like that on the room we picked looked nothing like what we got. Advertised a spa tub n fireplace but no spa tub and the gas fireplace did not have a key to turn it on

Clean and neat hotel with basic breakfast and amenities. Pool was clean, hottub was in working order, coffee was always hot and fresh. Day time staff were excellent. They were friendly, conversed happily and were helpful. Night staff, however, was surly and unapproachable. He was on his phone constantly, and answered in short, disgusted verbage when asked a question as if you were really being a bother to him. It lowered the rating I would have otherwise given.
