hotel was clean, staff was very helpful, it's a walkable distance from "downtown" Banff. they give you a bus pass so you can also use transit if you don't want to walk. the restaurant downstairs had really good food as well So overall, definitely worth it

The room was very well kept up and clean. The room was very nice. The coffee maker in the room was a little weird-understood what they were trying to do but using a regular coffee maker might have been better. The restaurant on the property was great, very convenient to get breakfast every morning we were skiing with reasonable prices and high quality food. The staff was friendly. My only issue with the property was, believe it or not, the parking lot. There was a steep section that, despite the fact I was inching along, the car slid into another car which had the same problem. I stopped by the desk to discuss with a manager. One was not present, but I was told they would contact me. No one ever contacted me. Because it snows in Banff all the time, I have to believe this is a known issue there. I wish this didn’t happen because everything else exceeded expectations.

Wonderful room with mountain view. Love the in-room pour-over coffee option. Enjoyed both the breakfasts and dinners at Sudden Sally. And the hot pools and outdoor fireplace have great views as well.

The hotel was wonderful. Its convenient location, with a bus stop directly across the street and complimentary bus passes, made getting downtown easy. The hot tub was fantastic, and the rooms were exceptionally clean, charming, and comfortable. Complimentary tea and coffee were provided. It was a truly lovely place to stay, offering ample free covered parking. The restaurant downstairs served delicious food.
