Hot pool was great, our kids loved it. Standard room was a good size for our family (2 adults, 2 little kids and a baby). No problem with parking, although the underground parking was limited. Liked that there is a bus stop right across the street - very convenient. Also nice to have a restaurant on site. Mini fridge is on the smaller side.

Hotel Canoe is our favorite place to stay in Banff. We have stayed 4 times since they opened, and have loved each stay. The view is incredible, especially from the rooftop hot tubs. The hotel and restaurant teams are very hospitable. The coffee in the rooms is my favorite - fresh ground, pour over coffee:) I can’t wait to return!

Rooms are a very good size, hot pools are great. It’s on the edge of town, but that can be really convenient too. Free parking, one of the first pickups for the ski shuttle etc. Staff were really friendly and all round great. The onsite restaurant is simple, but does some really good food.

Clean room, great views. Very cool decore throughout the hotel. Don’t ordinarily watch TV when I’m in the mountains but the Front desk was very helpful in diagnosing a tv issue so we could watch gold medal game
