Staff was friendly and attentive during check-in and check- out. Cleaning staff were friendly and thorough. Sudden Sally cafe and restaurant exceeded our expectations with size of servings, tastiness and service. Price was reasonable as well! The room was larger than expected. The temperature was easily regulated to be comfortable. The bathroom had excellent lighting that was flexible. The amenities (soap, hand cream and shampoo/conditioner) were Rocky Mountain Soap company. My favourite. Tea and coffee were handed out by the front desk or ordered fresh ground overnight. Different but effective. It was slightly disappointing that the balcony had snow on it since the weather was so mild.The bed was firm but not distressingly so and there were many pillow options. It was lovely to have a throw blanket on the sofa in our King room.There were 2 sets of blinds instead of curtains and they effectively blocked the light and provided privacy at night. Parking was tight but plentiful and hotel access doors were handy at the parking area. The only real complaint I have with the room was that the door to the room was not in the least little bit sound proof or sound resistant.I have stayed at hotels where there is a slight gap at the bottom of the door and light and sound seep through but this room door had a gap on 3 sides.We clearly heard all conversations as people walked past and light came through 3 sides all night.After all the work done on these rooms it was a disappointment.

This hotel is absolutely amazing — truly top-tier. The view is stunning, especially from the room we stayed in, with a breathtaking mountain view. The pool is excellent, everything is very clean and well maintained, and everything is conveniently located nearby. We stayed with our young child (2 years and 8 months), and had absolutely no issues at all — whether at the pool, in the restaurant, or at the front desk. The staff were very welcoming and family-friendly. Our son especially loved the hot chocolate — we kept coming back to reception for it, and they never once said no. Simply outstanding. Highly recommend!” 🔥⛰️☕️

The hotel is very nice, check in was amazing and quiet and they let me check out at 12 instead of 11 and all the girls there were really friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot tub and it was so relaxing however the room heat system was not working so well and it definitely did effect my sleep as it wasn’t working properly and was so loud so I had to turn it off and sleep at the end and it did get a bit cold.
