When arriving to check on charge was more than what reservation was for. Clerk told us to reach out to Expedia and there was nothing they can do. Room wasn’t cleaned properly with dirty floors and Hair conditioner was out. The room was handicap and sink had no counter. Tub had several chips at tj bottom.

Overall this establishment was great. Our room was clean, however; the bathroom could use some updates/repairs. Toilet paper holder was broken and just stuck back into the vanity hole, patched spots on the ceiling from repairs and lighting was dim.

The ice machine was broken, the TV and alarm clock wasn't working, the toilet took forever to fill up, the bed squeaked and was too soft, the breakfast included sausage, eggs, English muffins, bread, danish, yogurt, and waffels. No blankets on beds. No blankets available. Bathroom not clean. very grungy. Shower want broke and leaking. Foul smell in bathroom. Gone all day Sunday and came back to room not cleaned. No clean towels. Went to desk and asked why. Was told we had put our Do Not Disturb card on door. Not true. Staff extremely lazy and will do whatever to get out of work.

The room was clean but needs updating. A/C didnt work too well. Breakfast was the same for 3 days. Need some variety at breakfast and not stocked up. Only had 2 yogurts on the first day for customers staying at hotel. Just need all around renovation.
