The room was tidy and everything was in great shape. We stayed on the 5th floor and it was quiet and calm despite the hotel being nearly full. The staff at check in was friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and warm. We did wish the hot tub had been in operation, but the pool was great on its own.

The entire hotel smelled fresh and clean. The room was perfect (king suite) and equally clean. My wife and I frequent Asheville and have stayed here multiple times and we will continue to do so. And, it is located within a mile or less of many great Asheville places to visit.

Great stay at this property! Country Inns has changed their look and the hotel was nicely decorated! Staff was pleasant, quiet room, great breakfast and very clean.
