Indulge in a getaway at Beach and Reef. This delightful contemporary two level townhouse offers ocean views and all the modern conveniences just a two minute walk across to the Marengo beach.

Watch the sunrise over the ocean from your second story balcony, or from the rooftop viewing deck. Relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings enjoying the sights and sounds from your haven by the sea.

The 1st floor upstairs houses the open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Large sliding glass doors lead on the north facing balcony. With ocean views, outdoor furniture and electric BBQ, this sun drenched deck is an ideal morning coffee spot or all day dining.

The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven & cook top, dishwasher and microwave. The living area has a gas log fire, as well as a reverse cycle heater and air conditioner. For entertainment there is a Smart TV with DVD player. Free Wifi internet is available throughout the property.

The master king bedroom is also on this level, featuring a full en-suite with large corner spa, shower and toilet. There is also a separate guest toilet on this level. Further stairs lead up to the roof top viewing deck.
Ground level has three bedrooms including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. There is a large bathroom with a shower over a full sized bath and a European style laundry with washer and dryer facilities.

If you are in a larger group, or just want to spread out to relax, there is a 2nd living area with TV downstairs. Bedrooms have wall panel electric heaters installed and electric blankets on the beds. There is access to the fully fenced backyard with lawn area and native garden. Parking is off street, on the concrete driveway.

Fantastic Location
Had everything we could possibly need, close to the beach, the view from the balcony is amazing, the beds are super comfortable and the fire is perfect. This was our 2nd stay here and can't highly recommend it enough.

Large modern family home with amazing view
The communication was very thorough. The property was very clean and presented very well. The location was perfect for us, walking distance to the beach and short drive to the shops. Quieter than Apollo Bay but excellent location in the middle of the Great Ocean Road. All amenities were provided and the beds were very comfortable. The view was amazing. Highly recommend this holiday property.
