For being a relatively new building there are a lot of issues. We had to change rooms as the first room had blackout blinds that were down but the motor to open it was broken and it could not be opened manually. The wallpapers peeling in the hallways and stained carpets. The room is nice, but not cleaned well, with dust under cabinet and edge of beds, and pillows were flat. The bathroom has stains in the shower and on the wall around the sink. On a positive note, the entire staff was very polite and the common area was clean and professional looking. The gym was clean and the continental breakfast fresh with good selections.

The staff was great and location was convenient but the room was not what we expected. While there was plenty of space there wasn’t any seating and the shower was great for my parents but the way it was water leaked all over the floor. There aren’t many towels so we had to use fresh towels to clean it up. Also the shade in the room didn’t work so it was very dark and not mi h lighting on the room.

The staff and availability of shuttle were fantastic benefits! Breakfast was really good, too. Our only complaint was the paper-thin walls in the room. We could hear all of our neighbors in the hallway and in their rooms, even if they were just talking.

We were assigned a first-floor room on arrival, and the moment we opened the door we were hit with a strong wet-dog smell. I called the front desk immediately. The agent apologized and explained it was a pet-friendly room that should have received an extra cleaning, which clearly hadn’t happened. She moved us to a third-floor room, but as a family of four with two small children and lots of bags, hauling everything upstairs was an added burden. On the way, we noticed heavily stained hallway carpet and peeling wallpaper—surprising given that an earlier email described this as a “brand-new” property. The third-floor room was cleaner, but the same animal odor seemed to linger through the night. Front desk service was courteous, but housekeeping and maintenance fell well short of expectations, and the “brand-new” description felt misleading. This stay did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or condition. Management needs to address deep cleaning of pet rooms, carpet replacement, and wall repairs before calling this property new.

We found the staff very accommodating. The hotel was very nice and convenient to the airport. My big complaint is the deceitful way the parking is listed on line. Most places provide free parking if you stay there during your trip. There isn't anything on the web page about a $10 a day fee for parking. I will not be staying there again or recommending your facility.

The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience wasn’t the best because the WiFi never worked during my stay. Since I was traveling from another country, I had to rely on my cellular provider and ended up paying extra just to stay connected to the internet. This was a big inconvenience and definitely affected my stay.
