Overall it was OK. The room was clean and comfortable. TV channels were actually pretty good. I got here at 3pm. The king rooms were not ready. I took a 2 queen bed room which worked better since I had my daughter here. She can have her own bed. We didn’t go to breakfast, not sure what it was like. We were going to a martial arts tournament and we wanted to go to the gym. It’s not open. They said it’s “under maintenance”?! The water pressure was not great including the toilet. When we actually used the toilet in the last night, it didn’t work. There is no maintenance person. The desk said he would have the housekeeper to check?? When her and the desk manager came, she said she’s done for the night. That was 3pm or so. He said we can switch rooms but we were leaving in the morning and I wasn’t really wanting to move rooms now. When I just got home, I checked my card and they charged $20 over what Expedia told me including the tax. The other issue was getting in touch with the desk. The only way I can get the desk, was to call on the main phone on my reservation. Overall it was doable but not sure if I’d go there again. It’s cheep which is great but you have to take the good with the bad.

Rude service, no breakfast, rundown room
-Reception was very rude. At check-in they didn't greet us in any way, just barked "ID and credit card!" -Hot water was luke-warm. -Faucet in bathroom ran continuously. Instead if fixing it it had been shut off at valve underneath so when we tried to use it it didn't work until we realized what they had done. -Bathroom door was falling off hinge and did not close properly. -Tub drain was clogged. -When booking a free breakfast was indicated but there was nothing but 3 old looking muffins in plastic wrap. -Only positive was bed was comfortable and room did not stink of stale cigarette smoke.
