TV issues was a big negative for me. The desk clerk gave it her full effort to take care of us which was greatly appreciated. She ended up calling in a manager who nicely came in and got to work while she was there. But she was clearly not all that thrilled to be there, my wife and I both got the same read on it and she left and immediately as she left we had the same problem. The desk clerk came back and got us back on but still could not change stations. All in all, A+ to the desk clerk.

The first room I was assigned had a smell of cigarette smoke although it was very clean. Mary, the manager at the desk, reassigned me a very nice room & was very apologetic. I have no doubt she followed up & made sure the no smoking policy was followed by all guests. She was very accommodating.

The staff was very accommodating of what they could help with, but unfortunately, they were fully booked at the time and could not switch a room after ours had a strong odor. Once again, the staff did what they could and allowed us a later checkout, but unfortunately, overall the corporate or owners needs to take some time and revamping outdated flooring that is carrying smell smells.

Two story hotel with no elevator. Wonky television service. Front desk employee helped me bring things to my room and tried to fix TV. I eventually figured it out. No excuse for the owners of this place to have no accessible front door or elevator in 2025. Thumbs down.

Lovely Inn!

This place was great. They accommodated us with an early check-in which really helped us out! The room was spacious and clean! The only bummer was that they didn’t have an elevator and we had a lot of stuff as we were traveling with two little kiddos 2 and under!
