The reason this review is so favorable is the general manager, Jessica. We met her at check-in and she was delightful, she personified Hospitality. She helped us with everything from the tv to where we might dine, with a smile and a super helpful attitude. If she was closer to my home I’d try to poach her for my business. If AmericInn could clone her they’d have the #1 spot in every market.

The hotel was quiet..it worked for our stay. The cleanliness could have been much better..our fridge was dirty, bathroom had garbage on the floor behind the toilet..there were no clean towels for the pool area/dirty towels stacked to the brim. Pool bathroom was messy..just needs better cleaning all around. Breakfast was alright..eggs and waffles were good. Staff was super friendly!

An attempt to call the front desk resulted in a connection to Windham call center, who were much more interested in selling me their Rewards program than helping with my problem. The hotel was much nicer than I expected at this price point. The lobby has a nice fireplace and gathering area. As noted in several other reviews, the hot tub was broken. I did thoroughly enjoy the dry sauna. There was hot, scrambled eggs, and sausage, along with other standard continental breakfast fare. The room was clean and the staff was attentive. I would definitely stay again.There
