They only had one elevator. We would have to wait 10-15 minutes for elevator to arrive. We were not allowed to use stairs. The rooms were nice

The condition of the room was fine, and the staff were courteous. The issue I encountered was the heater in my room (316) seems to have been in need of major maintenance. Not only did it not keep my room particularly warm, often blowing cold air out the vent, but it was frequently very loud, so loud I feared neighbouring rooms would make noise complaints. I was woken up by the heater several times during the night, and as such did not have a good night's sleep. I'll be back again in February, fingers crossed I don't encounter the same problem.

Although the room was clean, the staff was awesome,and the hot tub was Wonderful, some things just werent for me. There was no freezer in the very tiny fridge (which seemed to barely work), and the only way I got a microwave was to ask. Most tooms do not have a microwave.
