More information about where to check in would have been nice. Once we managed to check in, getting into hotel was easy. Room was nice but the carpet was DISGUSTING. Covered in hair from previous guests and pieces of tinsel from previous Christmas guests everywhere. Obviously hadn’t been vacuumed. Carpet was also stained in many spots. Beds were okay, but pillows were terrible. Aircon in lounge took all night to cool the room down, would be a nice touch to have it going to guests about to check in. Bedroom aircons weren’t great but not as bad as lounge. Plates & cutlery were dirty in drawers. It was okay for one night. Quiet room.
