Tower Hamlets accommodation with parking

The bed was comfortable. The room had all the expected amenities. Soap dispensers were either faulty or empty. And there is no A/C so in summer I expect the temp will be too hot. The 12th floor lounge with free coffee/tea was really nice. And the gym was much better than the average hotel gym. Located close to all the amenities bars restaurants and tube and only a few minutes from the main central London attractions. I will stay here again on my next visit

Staff was very helpful,breakfast was good

I was arriving early morning on Wednesday and I wanted to be able to check in immediately so I booked a room from Tuesday night. I arrived and was told me room was not ready! I wasn't given an estimate for when my room would be ready, and I sat in the lobby almost 40 minutes until I got my key. The hotel offered a courtesy breakfast and drinks, but I demanded a refund for the prior night since they didn't honor immediate check-in. They didn't give it to me right away but after a follow-up email I got that refund at least. The room they gave me was an accessible wheelchair room, with an awkward shower and low sink. I did not request this nor was I told that's what I would be receiving. Poor property, and it wasn't that cheap either.
