This is a cute boutique hotel in a great spot in downtown London. Checking in was easy and smooth and we were within walking distance of tons of restaurants, stores, and transportation. The room was nice, if small. I accidentally booked a room without windows, which was a new experience, but the mood lighting in the room helped alleviate that to some degree. The lobby is a nice place to relax and the Continental breakfast was great, with tons of options and fresh pastries. Some small downsides that aren't a big deal but worth mentioning: The room did not have a lot of storage for our clothes. The far side of the bed didn't have outlets and we had to run a cord across the bed to charge a phone overnight. The room was also a bit stuffy, without much ventilation. Would definitely stay here again if I came into town.

Amazing, highly recommend!!

Everything you need for a short stay. Breakfast was a highlight, location was fantastic and had no issues whatsoever. The room is pretty small but all I needed was a bed, fun lighting was a bonus too. Will definitely book again :)

On check in, the one member of staff gave us a card key to a room that was already occupied. Very disorganised and would have been even more embarrassing, fortunately the guest was not in the room at the time. New room the air con stopped working at night and couldn’t change rooms due to being fully booked. A charge for luggage storage, when this should have been waived due to the earlier member of staff incident
