Very small rooms. Hard Japanese pillows but you can rent soft ones cheaply. Very close to Senso-ji for a quick night visit without mega people. Very clean and warm. Close to train stations. Friendly helpful staff.

The staff was very nice and helpful. They can speak English. Even if they don't they use a translator. The room was very clean and they leave out fresh towels and bottled water if you didn't want your room cleaned out for the day. Although the bed and pillows are hard, but I think that goes for all the hotels in Japan. The location was good as well, only like 10-15 minutes walk to restaurants, train station and other stores. I would stay here again in the future.

The staff speaks incredible English, and are very thorough. It's in a safe location within 10 minute walk of subways. The rooms are nice enough, and our last night upgraded rooms for cheap.

Great price and location, just steps way from Senso Ji. A bit far from the subway station. Hotel itself was fine. Main complaint was the super thin and cheap toilet paper. Facilities also showing some age (one of the side vents in our room was taped to hold it up). Has laundry but only 2, just go across the street to real laundromat.

Room is spotless. We didn’t request for cleaning service but everyday they will provide towels and bottled water. Staff are very helpful. Location is very close to 7 eleven, Don, Quijote and Uniqlo. Metro is about 10mins walk. There’s free coffee/hot chocolate in the lobby and also free toiletries just incase you need one. Overall highly recommend.
