The room was clean, the staff were helpful and courteous. The Onsen/Spa area was nice. I would suggest that the vending machine, microwave and ice dispenser should all be under one area for better convenience, unless it was on purpose? So it doesnt get crowded?

Great hotel - for a few reasons. Tawaramachi Station right out the front the hotel. So many convenience stores within walking distance. An easy walk to a delicious little local restaurant (Asari 111). Asakusa was a great area to explore. We went to the Sumo Club for a show (recommended!!!), shopping for ceramics and homewares on Kappabashidogugai Street, Senjo-ji Temple and so much more. An easy subway ride into every attraction in Tokyo and the best part of all, a lovely onsen to soak the day away. The reception was friendly and helpful. They gave me change for the laundry, we were able to wash and dry clothes and checkout was a breeze. 10/10
