Door access card didn’t work and had to get it recoded, right on pool was noisy and room had hairs and grime through the sheets, curtains and walls covered in marks and clumps of god knows what. Shower hgeneralky dirty and stains on towels. Noise travels pretty easily through walls and woke up with rash all over. When contacting ibis afterwards to say what it was like and question whether they had ever had reports of bed bugs or the like they offered nothing to help other than “I’ll check and see if that particular rooms ever had bed bugs”. Would not stay again! Terrible. Plenty more options in Tamworth that you probably won’t be checking out of wondering if your taking bed bugs home to ruin all of your own furniture.

This property is close to the CBD. The rooms are spacious and clean with a big window overlooking the creek behind the hotel. It's a great place to stay while in Tamworth.

An overnight stay during our road trip.We found out that the restaurant was closed after we booked in. Only option was to order Uber Eats. The lady at the front desk was very helpful allowing me to use plates and cutlery from the dining room. In our room there was only one teaspoon.
