Great place to stay while travelling through Tamworth. Clean room, great Staff and the Longyard Hotel right next door. Would definitely stay at the Golden Guitar again

When we returned to our room at 9:30 PM, we were unable to open the door as the lock was broken. Thankfully, the staff were very helpful and assisted us promptly. Additionally, the spa bath in the room was not working, which was disappointing.

Great location for the Entertainment Centre & Waxworks. Easy drive to town centre & other attractions. The pub next door serves good food but can get noisy in the evenings due to live bands. We were there on Friday & Saturday so maybe should have expected it.
