One of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The Art Deco aesthetic was a major selling point and did not disappoint. It’s walking distance from Central Station and shopping areas in the CBD. Bed was clean and comfortable, bathroom was suitable for a solo traveler.

Spent a few days in Sydney after a beach holiday in Bali. British couple in our 50s. Never visited before. The hotel is well positioned and public transport is excellent. Tap on tap off. The room is small with little storage but clean and comfortable. Found the bar staff a little awkward on the Friday night as it was busy. Overall it was good.

Lovely hotel - small but comfortable room

Lovely hotel. The room was very small (piccolo) but clean and comfortable. Hotel is close to the Capitol theatre and parking was easy to access at World Square. Check-in was slow and the room wasn't immediately available but I think this was because they were fully booked for the night and struggling to check in everyone at the same time. Staff were lovely.

The small rooms are tiny, but the cleanliness of the carpets and lamps (full of dust) are disgusting. Stains on the carpet and splashes of liquid up the walls. Cute bar downstairs but they need to do better on the cleanliness of the rooms- especially the yellow carpet.

Nice hotel, great location. Clean and well presented. Staff are friendly and helpful. Only downside is that the rooms are a little noisy. Not sure if it was just the positioning of the room by the elevator, but could clearly hear the elevator going up and down throughout the night and very clearly hear the plumbing of the room next door. Was woken up a few times throughout the night because of the noise.
