Good location, parking easy to find. Bathroom clean, kitchen facilities very complete and practical. Staff accommodating for late check in which was smooth and easy to organise. Room was worn out. Carpet tiles dirty and peeling up, curtains/blinds stained and frayed. One side unable to be pulled up. Air conditioning unit directly over the bed- mould and dirt clearly visible. Room had a strong damp odour and clearly someone had smoked in there before. Cheapest could find in the area- did the job.

Our group of family and friends wasn't comfortable with the roaches that were in our rooms, we couldn't leave, other hotels couldn't accommodate us in our price range or amount of rooms needed. There wasn't any urgency about getting rid of the roaches, or even a apology about having hordes of roaches in the rooms. Management didnt seem to even care, so that means they are use to it and we were the problem because we complained. Would never recommend or stay again because of the attitudes and the nonchalant management regarding the filthy roaches. Housekeeping, basically didn't have washcloths or could care less also ,they were use to the roaches also. They had a spray for bugs ,that couldn't kill a fly. So that didn't work either! Never again there!!!

Would not recommend unless no other options

Very noisy, from inside and outside noise sources. Street parking non-existent and paid parking is expensive and far away. Repairs to our room happened during our stay, without being informed, so my wife who was recovering from an operation had to be woken up.

Room had essentials and hotel was in a great location close to train and bus services. We were however disappointed that the room has a musty smell and lacked air circulation. We were also awoken on several occasions throughout the night by people both passing by and within the hotel as well. I think if our room were not on the lower ground level we would have had a more pleasant stay.
