Loved the option of room package which included breakfast, parking and wine. The buffet breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices. Breakfast was served in the restaurant which had a fun artwork across the wall. Unfortunately, many of the plates and cups at breakfast were dirty. We were disappointed to arrive, having notified them in advance of our milestone wedding anniversary, to find that they had done nothing for it and seemed unaware despite a note in the special request of the booking. The room was spacious but older. Despite a booking for 4 people, the room only contained 5 pillows, although they sent more on request. The location was convenient to the airport and the on-site parking was helpful. Overall, it was a convenient stay but we would probably try a different hotel next time.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The food was subpar that was offered for breakfast and dinner (in restaurant). The service at dinner was non-existent. I had to go an ask for my drink and dinner order to be taken. Menu items were falsely described e.g. no pumpkin mash. There was a flyer in the room that said there would be live jazz on Wednesday night - there was nothing. Limited variety in wine selection at the bar.
