We stayed in a family room and it was very spacious for 4 people. The room was clean and had all the things you would need. The beds were very comfy which was a plus! The only thing was the drainage in the very small bathroom. When you would have a shower the whole bathroom floor was covered in water and nowhere really for it to drain away to.

Near to king cross station Staff is courteous Some problems with ceiling lights and condition of bedside lamps Would have been better if the doors of the rooms could be closed manually without the wait for the doors to close automatically
