The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like the excessive noise from other guests that seemed to start every night once reception had closed. I found out that this facility is being used to house asylum seekers and alot of them are very rude and inconsiderate. They seem to like socialising in the hallway at night slamming doors and yelling. I wouldn't recommend staying here if you value your sleep. Also the windows are single glazing so in our room it was particularly noticeable with the next hotel carpark outside our window.

The staff were friendly, the room was spacious and clean for the most part. The shower was glass less and had some weird rubber seal around it on the floor to stop the watering from leaking out but it was broken and pretty gross underneath that. Wasn’t overly keen on the $100 deposit and I’m still waiting for it to be returned to my account which I was told would be instantly after 2pm. Otherwise it was good.

This needs attention
The air vents in the air conditioner were filthy and had to clean them myself in order for the room to heat up. The dishwasher or fridge leaked and there was also broken glass in the bathroom floor. Also as being a one bedroom apartment you would expect a comfortable lounge to use. All and all was not happy with the stay but normally I can’t fault you guys. Fingers crossed it better next time
