Nothing was to difficult for the staff, very kind and helpful. Only grips are dishwasher needs replacing as the buttons have been abused. The door strike plates stick out with a sharp edge. I cut my side quite painfully. An application of silicone on the back would make it safer. Directions to the rubbish chute would be helpful. But a quick call to the front desk supplied directions.

It was very pleasant although I had no remote control to turn the aircon off, as during the night, it really really cold. Other than that, I stayed the night and it was nice. Shower pressure was well deserved massage and extremely clean, which I liked. The reception who checked me in was absolutely helpful and welcoming. Thank you for sorting out and allowing me to check in earlier. I shall stay again next time! As long as I have access to controlling the aircon :)

When we first entered the room, there was a very strong chemical smell (potentially floor cleaner) and a musty smell in the bedroom. Later that evening when we returned, the carpet in the bedroom was wet (under the air con unit and under the beds). The phone in the unit was also not working. For a quality hotel, this is not acceptable and I will not be staying here in the future.

The lifts are being upgraded so they were very slow and inconsistent to arrive or take you to the appropriate floor (new AI system is terrible). Our room was next to the garbage room, and the smell wafted into our room for our entire stay. Checked under the bed before we left to see if anything feel down there... Wish I didn't. It was thick with dust and junk from at least a years worth. Absolutely disgusting.
