The property was fine - perhaps basic shower shampoo/conditioner could be supplied as well as facial tissues and some milk in fridge in future. The apartment is owned by a family business and they couldn't have been more helpful.
Be aware if you have a car the parking at 1 Dixon Street is very expensive. Great location for restaurants and very close to Darloing Harbour.

LA DÉCEPTION ! L’appartement est dans un tel état d’usage qu’il faudrait songer à le rénover , mobilier peinture décoration . Wifi efficace à 30% coupures incessantes , nombreuses zones non couvertes dans l’appartement,
Aucune attention à notre arrivée pas même une bouteille d’eau ou un fond de café . Un manque évident de professionnalisme.
À ÉVITER pour un rapport qualité prix bien en dessous de nos attentes .
