I arrived fairly late from the airport, about 10 pm. The front doors where locked and there is not really a buzzer or bell somewhere to ring. Nobody was in sight, I rang the phone number, but no answer. I had to wait 15 mins until somebody came. To add more insult to the injury, after I checked in I went out for a drink. When I came back, I tried to swipe my card to get back in, it didn't work. Again, no one in sight, no buzzer. At least, when I rang this time, somebody answered straight away and he let me in. I would expect at least, get the buzzer fixed and get somebody to answer to let the people know, you are coming, it takes you 5 mins, etc. Not good service!

Good hotel, excellent staff, weirdly the only window is in the bathroom but they have cleverly worked around this. Still a bit claustrophobic though. Overall good value for money. Free light breakfast much appreciated!
