Nice 1 bedroom suite with walkout. Lacked a coffee table and dresser. We asked for a coffee table and they brought one.. Nice pool all to myself so could swim lengths easily No breakfast, but brought our own muffins and yogurt, etc. .

No breakfast! 10% at the restaurant is not enough....People living in hotel which I can understand (keep them separate from guests.) Very dirty a direct finger mark on toilet paper right where it was folder in a V (like drit black gross) paper shower curtain had black smear on. it! Fridge was disgusting, not defrosted black gross stuff in the freezer. All corners of the bathroom dirty was goingto take pictures (maybeshould have), elevator dirty I don't even want to know what was on carpets! I wanted to use the pool, but considering the cleanliness of the hotel I didn't dare. I understand it's a very big hotel, and there's a lot of homeless people in sudbury, and the hotels are making money by letting them stay, But they need to separate them from guests.The hotel is big enough! Put them all on the fourth floor do something.... I found the staff very kind and helpful, But I couldn't even get conditioner what hotels just gives you shampoo!! (None that I have ever stayed at!) Some guys just partying and loud. Door didn't even looked closed properly, big gaps in it on the sides!!! I have stay at many travel lodges this one's not the worst, but I can say I was pretty disgusted on the cleanliness. Front looks nice, lobby etc but the room not so much.
