The staff were all very friendly and so helpful with recommending must place eats and sites to visit on our vacation. Breakfast options were delicious, including bacon, eggs, sausages, fruit, yogurt, pancakes, self made waffles, cereal, etc. it was only $7 a person making it very cheap. Gym, pool and hot tub were very clean and having a slide into the pool made for lots of fun. So many great restaurants nearby. Highly recommend walking to drakes for some fun night life. All around great experience at Canmore inn and suites.

Had I known the hotel was right next to the train tracks where a freight train passed by every few hours, I wouldn't have ever booked this hotel. Plus, the rooms were dirty, drains were clogged.

Friendly staff, pet friendly (I even got a gift for my dog), nice for walking around the hotel, the pool has an awesome slide that my kid LOVED), and breakfast is cheap but very very good.

Staff was very friendly but hotel was dated and bathrooms are tiny . Beds were comfortable , but room amenities like the fridge and heating system were noisy . Pool is small and with the water slide you can’t really swim .
