Everything was good but the access to the hotel is a little backward on a back street. The bed had a mattress protector that was water resistant that makes you sweat. We had to take it off. the pillows could have been more comfortable but over all great accommodations. We would return.

We liked everything about this property. The room was showing its' age though. A refresh on paint and furnishings would bring it up to 5 stars. That being said, the beds were comfy as well as the seating in the Den. We loved the Hot Tub area and it was nice that they had a Spa, we just didn't have time to use it.

The room felt super cozy with a massive bath tub perfect for both my girlfriend and me! Also had a great view of the mountains even tho we were on the 2nd floor!! The Wild Orchid that's inside the lodge has some amazing authentic Japanese cuisine!!

Big unit, with underground parking in Canmore. Had two separate big bedrooms with comfortable beds and two bathrooms (no shower in the second bathroom, only a tub). Ideal for families or sharing with friends. Shared common area, nice sized balcony and good sized kitchen. Unit was clean, convenient and comfortable. We found the unit however lacking in sufficient lighting - it was too dark in the evenings and would benefit from additional pot lights or lamps to brighten the space.

The restaurant, Wild Orchid was excellent. We enjoyed an amazing gluten free Asian Fusion meal. The room was extremely comfortable for our party of 4. Although our cooking was limited the kitchen is very well equipped. The beds and bedding are comfortable with great cotton sheets. Everything you need for a lovely stay. Location in close proximity to all attractions, restaurants and shop in the area.

We stayed in the two room suite. It was absolutely beautiful and perfect! Kitchen and laundry room in room. The parking garage is closed off making it seem very safe. Did not get a chance to try the restaurant or spa.

Our room did not have AC. We were not told ahead. There was a portable ac thing in room but it would not stay on. Also mattress was horrible. Tub/shower was freaking tall to climb into. I never leave bad reviews but this was a rough night. Glad it was only one quick night.

Really liked the cozy cabin in the woods atmosphere. Rooms were very spacious and lay out of the room was done very well. Highly recommend for either a quick or longer stay.
