The hotel was beautiful and the staff were vey helpful. However, 3 people could not get the tv to work to show me the guide. The people above me were walking back and forth from 3-5. And the air conditioning made so much noise every time it turned on.

Patio Room Has No Privacy = No Value

We bought a patio suite which is an upgrade from a regular room, expecting to have a bit of a view as shown at their site. Got there and it was on the 1st floor with the patio facing out to a walkway where people walked between the restaurant and pool. No privacy. No view. We asked to move and they said they were busy. The manager said it was stated at the site that those rooms were on the first floor. I didn’t find any reference to that. Fair enough it was busy, but I think there was false advertising at the site. And at minimum not worth the upgrade to a patio room having now view or privacy. We couldn’t even use the patio for that reason.
