We had a wonderful 2 night stay at your hotel. Staff was friendly… the restaurant had really delicious food. Our room was spacious, beds were comfy with nice mountain views. Very convenient location… especially being right across the street from a strip mall. We would definitely stay here again.

I was very disappointed that the hotel staff tried to charge me an extra $10.95 per night “marketing fee”, which they claimed was from Expedia. When I asked what that was, they couldn’t clearly explain—just said it was a fee Expedia required. I checked my confirmation email and found no mention of this fee anywhere. I’ve booked other hotels on this same trip through Expedia (totaling around $2,700) and none of them charged anything like this. If these hidden fees continue, I’ll seriously reconsider using Expedia in the future. This felt misleading and unfair.

Room was $544 a night for a premium room with a view. I consider it a basic room. Nothing fancy at all. My shower drained very slowly. Hotel charges $10 a night for parking. Definitely not worth the money I paid. I would’ve rather stayed in the hostel across the room. Staff was ok.
