We so enjoyed our stay. Mountain view room was truly mountain view!! Peaceful and relaxing. The room had the perfect amount of spaces for suitcases, toiletries etc. We felt very comfortable. It was always cleaned up when we returned from a meal or adventure. We met some great people at the pools. The concierge took care of all our adventures and her advice was spot on.

Great location close to downtown and in a beautiful spot. We liked everything but the room was very noisy as you can hear through the walls and ceilings. Very overpriced. The restaurant patio was nice and food was good but not great. Staff throughout the hotel were great.

When we pulled up we thought we would hear construction from their new building next door, during our four day trip, but to our surprise, they kept the noise down and it didn’t bother us. The restaurant was great, rooms were extremely comfortable, views were so good They seemed like they were fake. Definitely go in the hot hot tub, even the pool is heated. Downtown Canmore is very walkable and the from desk staff went out of their way to be cheerful and helpful.

This is a beautiful and peaceful property except if you have trouble walking. Getting to the pool and adjacent bar are near impossible as only staurs to climb to get there!! For someone that has trouble with stairs it was very frustrating!!
