The property is old and tired. Other than the flooring, this place hasn’t been updated in a long time.
There were a number of small issues that were inconvenient. For example, the plug-ins for the coffee and tea station only had one plug-in, there were no stir sticks to stir our coffee in the morning. There was no table lamp or plug in on one side of the bed, the, TV had two channel changers, one of which worked that had no volume option and the other of which did not work at all. The volume is on Mach 10, and you couldn’t change it even under the settings category. When I tried to call front desk, all I would get was a busy signal over and over again. Gave up and watched TV on our laptop. The bed mattress is very old and we woke up pretty stiff. There is no elevator to take your stuff up to the second floor. We saw elderly people struggling to get their suitcases up to the second floor and no one around to help them. I would not stay here again, though I will give it credit for being very clean.
