Me and my boyfriend stayed here 2nights. I loved the scenery when I walked through the door, it was open and the wood design is to die for. The lounge area with board games was a nice touch which provided books, a big fireplace and some chess/checkers. We also heard they do wine tasting and noticed the lounge was very lively (We missed it sadly) There was a dry sauna, laundry facilities, free coffee/tea/apple cider as well as vending machines available all the time stocked with chips, pop and candy. 24hour staff is great to have always and they were extremely friendly. HOWEVER we noticed every night/day there was always some sort of noise. I understand sometimes things can’t be helped but Some examples include a dog whining across the hall, another couple arguing late at night. people beside us being very loud laughing (had to call in because we couldn’t sleep) kids above us stomping the whole day since we arrived (CONSTANT) as well as waking us up at 8am stomping/crying/running. The next new people above us making a racket at 1am and 7am stomping/banging. The noise was unbearable and not avoidable. we complained once and the staff was very very pleasant and dealt with it. not sure if we would stay here again solely based off of other people being noisy/thin walls, felt like I would need to complain about everyone to get some peace and quiet.

I did tell the staff on the phone to make a note on reservation that we are coming and staying for a night as we have our anniversary if they can do something. Over the phone I was told staff will add some decorations in the room leave a card and cookie as a surprise for my wife but when we wnet in nothing was there I was really disappointed with that

The room was spotless, beds were very comfortable, and the mountain view in the day and Christmas lights at night were spectacular. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The front desk even called our room to check if everything was working and if we need anything else.

The mountain view room with a balcony was outstanding. Beautiful place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we need. Great lobby and breakfast to go was a hit! Perfect location for a view of the Three Sisters mountain range.

In good condition but it seemed you renew the carpet newly as the smell of the glue was in the room too much had to sleep with window open . Then next day was noise outside the were workers stripping out the carpet in hall way and stairs !!!
