The room itself was genuinely great - clean and comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable. Everything was super clean. The room was quiet. Also, major points for a balcony (with a solid view) AND a fireplace. That was a really nice treat. Honestly everything about the room, location and hotel itself was basically perfect. Then why only 4 stars? Check in was a bit messy. The host was incredibly polite and nice, and I don't fault them at all. But my check in was delayed. I was hoping to check in a half hour early, but was told that wasn't possible. When I came back at 4:00 (check in time), my room was still not ready. I only waited maybe 14 minutes, so not really a huge deal. That said, every other aspect of my two day stay was 5 star. Would likely stay here again.

The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are courteous and helpful. We appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and apple cider, which were very convenient. However, the Wi-Fi connection is very weak and could be improved.

Wonderful two might stay. Friendly Staff. Wine and Cheese on Friday and Saturday in a beautiful lobby area with plenty of comfortable seating. Games, nice view of the mountains and a huge fireplace. Economical price for a great stay. Would definitely come back!

Mountain views were great. Place was clean. Room was good. Beautiful lobby. The train kept my other guest up during the and it passes frequently. The fireplace was one of the highlight i was looking forward to and it didn't work. We switched rooms and it still didn't. Staff were very helpful and provided good suggestions about resturants etc.

Our view was a parking lot with another set of apartments behind us. No mountains. The room was clean but had a bad odor. The beds had cheap, uncomfortable pillows. The hotel is very outdated. The front desk staff was nice.
