Large suite. With a functional kitchen (no stove) Beds were fairly elevated and not the most comfortable but better than average Great reception room with a nice wood burning fireplace. Great to relax in. We did peek at and see the garden suites with fireplaces. Looked nice

The staff was very accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the common area - the fireplace was always cackling, the games, the hot chocolate... the leather couches were set in a way that multiple people could enjoy the area and not be too crowded. Wonderful!

So our initial room disappointingly smelled like cigarette smoke in the bathroom, the smell was very strong. We went down to front desk and the gentleman upgraded our room to one with a king size bed, fireplace, and jacuzzi tub and also a mountain view. It was very nice to be treated so well as it was our weekend away without kids so this made our weekend even more special. All the staff are so kind and made us feel very welcome. The huge family room with comfy couches, games and the fireplace was so nice to just hang out in. We loved it.

All was good! The lobby lounge was beautiful. We appreciated the hot cider. The service was great. The fan in the room was too loud though. No smallish rooms but loved the fireplace in the room. Would stay here again.
