I didn’t get to experience the hot tub and swimming pool. I am disabled unable to walk independently. I use 2 crutches and walker to help me . When’re I had my room was in the upper 2nd floor with no elevator and I. Order for me to get to the hot tub I had to walk 50 metres with the cold weather I was unable to experience 5 stars. Rooms were ok, heat didn’t work and no forks
