Staff was friendly, accommodated our request for a ground floor room with an upgrade as that was a room that was ready and ground floor. Towels were so nice a soft as were the bed linens (very comfortable and good quality) Pool area was amazing and the restaurant had great food.

Room was updated and clean! Staff were super friendly helpful! The heating system made farting noises every time it turned on but once I realized it wasn’t my husband farting I got used to it. Whisky Jacks was great!

The shower/tub didn’t drain properly. Standing in tub full of water while showering The oven was unplugged when we arrived. Plugged it in to learn that it constantly made annoying noises all the time. I had to unplug it in order to sleep at a night. Other than that everything was great. Good staff and kept the towels piled at the hot tubs and pool.
