Overall stay was good, barely any parking in the two parking lots but overflow parking across the street is convenient. The only thing would be the cleanliness of the room, it’s the little thing- the tub was covered with hair (not ours) and the shower curtain had some weird substance or like a bloody booger on it, again not ours. So clearly it doesn’t get cleaned after each stay. We also had a door that connected to the next room over- not sure if they had the door open or what but they were super loud and we could hear everything that was happening, which was super annoying. Otherwise location was great

The hotel has accessible rooms; however, there are a few more things to tweak to make the room stay even better. I would suggest an additional disabled parking spot at each end of the parking section for the accessible tooms. Add curb stops so vehicles don't overhang on the sidewalk, which makes it difficult to navigate around when one is disabled. Add signage on the building indicating people not to park over the sidewalk. Remove 2 bushes near the disabled current spot, so one doesn't have to navigate around it when people park over the sidewalk. Add a grab bar above the back side of the toilet to help those who are disabled if they want to stand when going to the washroom. Relocate the current towel bar from over the toilet as it is not reachable if you are in a wheelchair. Add a towel hook that is reachable for those using the walk-in shower so someone who is in a wheelchair can get it easier.

We enjoyed our stay however our room was extremely noisy, any steps or people talking in hallways or above our room was so so loud. There was also a school staying in our sector of the hotel and when they ran repeatedly down the halls it was so loud we could not sleep. The room seemed expensive for the poor sound proofing. The pool and hot tub were great fun, hot tub is nice and large for after skiing The staff were cheerful and helpful.
