We are not hikers at our age and the hotel and surroundings fit us perfectly. Browsing was easy at several shops and food and entertainment was great. From Jasper With Love put on by the local theatre was a gas with a lovely selling point of Jasper. The Hotrl should be proud of it amenities and location. Thanks Jasper we had a great time and loved the cruise on the lake too. Recommended to anyone.

Not worth $400/night US$ as hotel should have indicated that the entire Jasper vicinity experienced a forest fire within the last year. Made travel from Banff to Jasper a destination that we wouldn’t had made had we known otherwise.

Very comfortable. Room size good for our needs. Plenty of space. Walking distance into town. On-site restaurant service was disappointing, would not eat there again.

Great location that’s walkable to dining and shopping. Parking is tight but manageable and the facility is well maintained/updated for its age. I would stay here again when visiting Jasper.
