Staff at first was very polite and helpful. We ended up being charged for 2 rooms when we only stayed in 1 then the polite and helpful was gone. Our Granddaughter who was a hotel manager for a lot of years tried to help us out. She was on the phone with Expedia and the people at the front desk for a very long time, time that should have been spent with visiting with our Granddaughter that we only get to see twice a year. In the end the mistake was corrected and the money for the second room was returned but a lot of visiting lost. Not very happy but the room was clean as was the common areas of the Hotel.
