This property is located on a hillside overlooking a valley with mountain views, and has privately owned and rentable rooms and cabins, and a central restaurant. Staff friendly and helpful, but overall we felt it was pricey, and not value for money. We also are of the opinion that their website does not make it clear (or clear enough) that the property is located 45km from the town of Jasper, and is absolutely not in the town of Jasper. Perhaps this may not deliberate.

Stayed for our wedding night, great view from our room on the second floor, bar staff opened our bottle of wine we purchased in Hinton. No AC in our room but a good fan and open window. Breakfast is very good and affordable in regards to the quality of the food. Depends on budget but for a special occasion or a one off visit its ok but it is a pricey location for a room.

This room was TERRIBLE. Felt like a dark old dungeon. The room HAD NO TELEVISION!!! Also, no A/C or phone in rhe room to call the front desk. It was so bad we left. The pictures show the deck of the registration desk which is accurate but the rest of the property is grossly misrepresented.

Property was pretty set back in a wooded area with cabin type rooms and cozy lobby with bar and restaurant. It was quaint and nice for a short stay. It is a very isolated location so not much to do and definitely not a walkable area you need a car to get around for sure. I think its a bit over priced for the location and stay.

Booked through Expedia, somehow there was a mixup and we ended with 2 booked rooms. Property refused to refund the extra room even with some vacancy at property (not like we caused them to lose money with other bookings). Very disappointed in their position to not refund. We were upgraded to a chalet which suited us very well as we had access to washer/drier and a full kitchen. That said we did not have the view that we expected from the original room booked. Staff were very welcoming and pleasant. Breakfast was enjoyable with beautiful scenery from the restaurant
