The man at the front desk was personable and generous with his local knowledge. The room was in need of a refurbish. For the price it was disappointing.

The rooms were clean and updated with modern bathrooms with nice accessible shower stalls. Location is far from downtown, so know that if you’re travelling with somebody that has mobility issues it may not be walkable.

The hair dryer was not working. Called Denny desk who made me wait 1 hour at 530 am to let me know there was no replacement. We travelled in a snowy day with wet hair and got sick. The staff is very polite and does not care, they have a polite way of saying we cannot help you.
