Probably one of the worst hotel stays I've ever had. Unless you like a noisy hotel with blood splattered pillows and bug ridden beds, I would suggest you steer clear! When the issue was brought up to the front desk staff, she dismissed the concerns stating the bug was probably "just a tick"... excuse me I'm sorry but that isnt a normal thing to be so nonchalant about! Take my advice, find a better hotel than this one!

What a fantastic find in Jasper!

We had a fabulous one night stay at the Whistler's Inn. We were greeted by the friendly front desk staff who allowed us to check in early and provided us with a free upgrade to the only room in the hotel with a balcony. She shared helpful information about the hotel and we enjoyed both food and drink at the pub. The hot tub provided a nice view of the mountains and the only negative I can think of was that the glass in front of the hot tub was a bit dirty and so that impacted the view. Overall, the hotel is in a very convenient location within easy walking distance to shopping, restaurants and sites of the town. We were very disappointed to have only scheduled one night in Jasper. We are already thinking about a return trip! We'd highly recommend the Whistler’s Inn.

Excellent stay

This was a great place to stay especially if travelling without a car. The hotel is right across from the station. We arrived at 11 am and asked to leave our luggage until the check in time at 4pm. The staff said they would prioritise preparing our room and we got a call at 1pm saying it was ready. Our room was very comfortable and spacious. The reception staff were helpful with tips on the local area and we left very satisfied with our stay via a local coach company which picked us up outside the hotel and took us to Banff. I would happily return to this hotel. Good value.
