I requested the King size bed but it was much much shorter than my Queen size bed at home. that wasn't King size bed here in North America. Towels were too old to use for two days. Overall, poor conditions and pretty different culture, this is not North American culture.

When we arrived the bathtub was stained and we did not have any towels. After not answering the phone we had to go down to the desk and the agent was obviously too occupied to handle the needs of guests. After getting a towel set washcloths were not included. Overall it is a nice property but staffing could be improved. The beds were very good.

This was a perfect hotel, it had everything we needed, it was very clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. It is quite a walk to the restaurants in town, although they do have a restaurant on site. It has a lovely pool and hot tub and has chairs and a fire pit outside.

WONDERFUL- STAY HERE

The hotel was wonderful! My husband and I stayed there one night and we could not be happier we chose this hotel. Everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable! Make sure to check out the restaurant in the front of the hotel! The hamburgers and the Mac n cheese were wonderful. Our server was so sweet! Definitely stay here! You will not regret it.

Rooms in new wing of hotel are excellent. The buffet breakfast was very ordinary. Flavorless scrambled eggs Checkout process clumsy snd time consuming if s security deposit js taken at checkin.
