We stayed in a room that had recently been renovated and it was awesome. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. It was our favorite stay during our Canadian Rockies vacation.

Checking in was an ordeal because they also sell tours @ the front desk. It was late at night and there wasn't adequate staff. We had to wait way too long to check in. The configuration of the rooms is very confusing - it took us a while to figure out how to get to our room from the lobby; there are multiple elevators. Getting to our room from the outside was much easier. But the location was great. The room was fantastic - it would be a great place for an extended stay; it has a fully stocked kitchen. The bathroom was nice - spacious shower, great water flow, nice shower head. Parking was a little difficult. Overall a nice place; would stay there again.

The only thing I did not like was the Indoor pool was too cold, and the hot tub was too hot! Yep I sound like goldilocks but that was my experience. Otherwise our experience was good, we had a newly remodeled room.

Really nice updated hotel room & bathroom. Very comfortable beds & good air conditioning. Ample parking behind the hotel.Note that half the rooms face the interior of the hotel which means you can't open the curtains for sunlight. Enjoyed the hot tub (inside the hotel). The hotel is at the end of the main strip. Overall a very nice stay!
